4 days/3 nights

October 11-14th 2019

Join Stephan and Lisa LaCount on a weekend adventure of therapeutic sound journeys and gentle stretch & tone yoga for non-yogis and yoginis.

Our retreat is designed for those of us who are 50+ years young and will include relaxing, releasing and revitalising sound journeys in the Château White Salon (and in the lovely heated indoor pool!), plus daily gentle stretch & tone chair and prop assisted yoga designed for absolute beginners, with no prior yoga experience.

A gentle introduction to yoga for its healthful benefit, with no intimidation.  We'll have some fun too with Aqua Yoga, Facial Yoga and Tipsy Yoga !

Second youth for today's boomers and beyond, is all about having fun and laughter and that's why this full board retreat includes welcome aperos, wine with dinners and a tipsy lunch!  Chateau hosts Emma and Paul, will be preparing fresh, French, classic country cuisine.

Stephan will provide Sound Therapy Sessions, with traditional instruments, such as Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Wind and Bar Chimes, and Indonesian Frame Drum.  The sounds are perfect for de-stressing and relaxation and beneficial for releasing repressed, or unresolved emotional trauma.

Lisa’s instruction of Gentle Stretch & Tone Chair and Prop Assisted Yoga, will guide even those of us with no experience at all, into a routine designed for vitality, longevity and daily well-being.
